The teachers in English department offer a vision of raising English language competency of engineering students in TU
(Taunggyi) by providing appropriate pedagogies and environment, by helping students to be communicators and by
fulfilling the needs of general education.
Our mission is to build the knowledge and skills of the content and practice for sustainable development through the
prescribed text.
(1) We will develop communication skills from classroom activities and language lab.
(2) We will offer opportunities to participate in speaking contest, and debate.
